Pricing FAQ
How much does a consultation cost?
An instant consultation and a scheduled consultation are both R325. You see the full price before you book.
What payment methods do you accept?
You pay by EFT bank transfer into our FNB business account, using the reference we give you. Your booking is confirmed once the payment has cleared. You can also pay from your Meditech24 wallet balance.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes, consultations cancelled more than 24 hours in advance receive a full refund. See our Terms of Service for details.
What happens if my payment fails as a doctor?
You have a 14-day grace period to update your payment method. After that, your account will be suspended until payment is made.
