Pricing FAQ
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit/Debit cards, Instant EFT, SnapScan, Zapper, and more through our secure PayFast payment gateway. You can also pay from your Meditech24 wallet balance.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes, consultations cancelled more than 24 hours in advance receive a full refund. See our Terms of Service for details.
What happens if my payment fails as a doctor?
You have a 14-day grace period to update your payment method. After that, your account will be suspended until payment is made.
