By accessing or using Meditech24's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. These terms apply to all users including patients, healthcare providers, and administrators.

Meditech24 provides a telemedicine platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers for online consultations. Our services include: - Video and chat consultations - Digital prescriptions - Medical record storage - Appointment scheduling - Payment processing Meditech24 is a technology platform and does not provide medical services directly. Healthcare providers on our platform are independent professionals.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to: - Provide accurate and complete information - Maintain the security of your account credentials - Notify us immediately of unauthorized access - Accept responsibility for all activities under your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

As a patient, you agree to: - Provide accurate health information - Use the platform only for legitimate healthcare needs - Pay for consultations as agreed - Not share your account with others - Respect healthcare providers **Emergency Disclaimer:** Meditech24 is not for medical emergencies. If you have a life-threatening condition, call emergency services or go to the nearest hospital immediately.

As a healthcare provider, you agree to: - Maintain valid medical licensing in your practicing jurisdiction - Provide accurate credentials and documentation - Practice within your scope of expertise - Maintain patient confidentiality - Pay the joining fee (R500) and monthly subscription (R800) - Comply with all applicable medical regulations We verify all healthcare providers but are not responsible for their medical decisions or advice.

**Patient Fees:** - Standard consultation: R450 - Member consultation: R200 (with R500/month membership) - Emergency fee: Additional R200 **Doctor Fees:** - Joining fee: R500 (one-time) - Monthly subscription: R800 **Revenue Split:** - Platform: 20% - Doctor: 80% All fees are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise specified. Prices may vary by region.

**Appointment Cancellations:** - Cancel 24+ hours before: Full refund - Cancel 2-24 hours before: 50% refund - Cancel less than 2 hours before: No refund - No-show: No refund **Subscription Cancellations:** - You may cancel your subscription at any time - Access continues until end of billing period - No prorated refunds for partial months

The Meditech24 platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Meditech24 and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: - Meditech24 is not liable for medical outcomes from consultations - We are not liable for healthcare provider actions - Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months - We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through: 1. Direct negotiation (30 days) 2. Mediation (if negotiation fails) 3. Arbitration (if mediation fails) The laws of South Africa govern these terms.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
